IRCTC Tourism: Aastha Circuit Special Tourist train departs for 14 days tour, details here

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) introduced Aastha Circuit Special train for passengers of Bihar to have a glimpse of famous religious places of South India. This train was flagged off from Raxaul station of Samastipur Railway division. Aastha Circuit Special train will depart on 10 February return to originated destination on February 13. The entire journey will cover 13 nights and 14 days. Due to the corona epidemic, the brakes on the wheels of trains are now gradually getting relief. Hundreds of trains are running back on the track. A batch of 650 devotees from Samastipur division left for pilgrimage places by Aastha Circuit Special train. The train departed from Raxaul will reach Tirupati on February 2 via Sitamarhi, Darbhanga-Samastipur, Muzaffarpur-Hajipur, Patna-Bakhtiyarpur, Mokama-Kiul, Asansol. DRM Ashok Maheshwari told that Samastipur division has introduced this train after COVID-19 for the first time. Along with this train, pilgrims can visit various pilgrimage centers at a very low cost. This tour package is 13 nights 14 days. The DRM said that in view of the demand of the passengers, on March 12, another train is running, whose booking has been started. Of that, 250 seats have been booked. Aastha circuit special train of the railway and will take tourists through several famous and important pilgrimage sites of South India within 14 days. In this journey, first of all, devotees will visit the Balaji temple in Tirupati. Similarly, Meenakshi Temple in Madurai, Ramanathaswamy Temple in Rameswaram, Kanyakumari Temple and Vivekananda Rock Memorial in Kanyakumari, Padmanabhaswamy Temple in Thiruvananthapuram and finally Jagannath Temple darshan in Puri.

An isolation coach has been installed in this train due to COVID-19. Along with this, a doctor has also been posted for emergency.
